Regulations and conditions of access to ZOOM PRINTING USA website
The following regulations are applicable to all the users or browsers accessing the website. ZOOM PRINTING USA reserves the right to revise the regulations at any time. In case you disagree with any of the following provisions, please stop using the website. With regard to any behaviour of violating the provisions, ZOOM PRINTING USA shall have right to take legal and fair remedies.

With regard to the materials and information covered in the website, including but not limited to texts, pictures, data, points of view, suggestions, web pages or links, ZOOM PRINTING USA gives no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, sufficiency and reliability of such materials and contents despite its attempt to provide accurate materials and information in the website, and definitely disclaims any responsibility of mistakes or omission of the materials and contents, and any explicit or implicit guarantee for the materials and contents, including but not limited to the guarantees related to ownership, non-infringement of a third party's rights, quality, and having no computer virus.
ZOOM PRINTING USA may revise the contents of the website at any time without any notification or warning. Please access the website periodically so as to obtain up-to-date information.
ZOOM PRINTING USA mentions the products or services provided by the companies other than ZOOM PRINTING USA in the website just for providing related information, and such mention does not mean ZOOM PRINTING USA recognition or recommendation of such products or services.

4. Trademark
All trademarks and logos used and showed in ZOOM PRINTING USA website shall be owned by ZOOM PRINTING USA unless otherwise stated. All the trademarks and logos of the printer manufacturers used and showed in ZOOM PRINTING USA website shall be owned by their respective owners and are referred to here for descriptive purposes only.
5. Protection of personal information
ZOOM PRINTING USA fully respects your privacy right, and spares no effort to protect your personal information. Generally, you are not required to provide any personal information for browsing ZOOM PRINTING USA website. For specific purposes, in case you provide your name, sex, category and number of credentials, date of birth, country, E-mail box, telephone, address and P.C., services or information desired, customer code and other similar personal information that are required for registration or reading E-information by voluntarily filling in forms, you will be deemed having understood and accepted the use of your personal information and agreed that ZOOM PRINTING USA uses your personal information for the specific purposes.
ZOOM PRINTING USA is committed that it will not sell your personal information at any time under any circumstance and it will use the information obtained in accordance with the provision only within the scope allowed by laws. However, ZOOM PRINTING USA may provide certain of your personal information to law executive organs and government authorities as regards their request; and it may disclose certain of your personal information within a minimal scope when ZOOM PRINTING USA reasonably thinks it is necessary for protecting ZOOM PRINTING USA, its customers or the public. You shall have foreseen and agreed to the occurrence of such events when you provide your personal information.
Color Proofing & Ink Matching: Zoom Printing USA is not responsible for matching color or ink density on the online product proofs. While online product proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, they cannot be used to assess color or ink density in the preview. You acknowledge and agree that the online proofs do not show transparency and over print issues, and they do not reflect color change from RGB to CMYK. You acknowledge and agree that Zoom Printing USA may produce the Products with other products ordered by other customers, and as such, there may be deviation in color or ink density in the Products when compared to the online proofs. Zoom Printing USA accepts no responsibility for color variations between submitted images and the actual artwork or product they represent. Zoom Printing USA does not print using pantones or specialty inks, as it only uses CMYK to process print jobs and colors cannot be guaranteed. Zoom Printing USA is not responsible for color errors found in the online proof, and Zoom Printing USA does not represent or warrant to consistent colors on the products when compared to the online proofs. Paper or Cardstock are not guaranteed since they get changed time to time. Application of coatings may affect or change the appearance of the printed colors on the products.
Quotes: All custom quotes are subjects to taxes and shipping and valid for no longer then 30 days.
Reprints and turnaround: A reprint will only be honoured if a printing error occurs. The exact same file will be used for the reprint process. If client request to change their files and it was approved by Zoom Printing USA representative, the new files must be provided within 3 business days for a reprint. Any design errors will not be given a reprint as it is the responsibility of the client to look over their proof before approving it to print. If the client decides to proceed with an order without changing their design, then they take complete responsibility if such error occurs. The only way a reprint will be able to be considered is if Zoom Printing USA (1) receives 3 samples of the finished product all with the same printing error or (2) a claim is granted by Zoom Printing USA shipping provider for any lost or damaged package(s). Reprints will only be honoured if a request is submitted within 7 business days after receiving your product. In case of printing error, we will reprint for free and ship to the same address. Refund instead of reprint is not accepted. Turnaround time is not guaranteed. We strive to ship all our printing on time, however a delay can happen.
