Can you help me with my design? Of course! Whatever you have—pictures, a logo, an outdated design, or nothing at all—we can add the words you desire to it! Upon request, we may also provide images. A proof of your design will be emailed to you for approval or any required changes once we have finished it.
Do I Receive an E-mail Copy of My Order? Yes. You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail to review it's accuracy: This copy contains your order number. If you do not receive a copy within a few hours, please notify us. We also manually check your order for accuracy and completeness.
Does the turnaround include the shipping time? No. Turnaround is only for printing time. Shipping times varies between 1-5 business days depends on the final destination. Every order is shipped using standard service. Please ask about Express service, which is available at an additional fee.
We are Resellers. Do you Offer Discounts? You must pay for your order directly, and you must show that your company is legally operating in your country. On request, drop/blind shipment can be provided. All accounts are managed individually. Kindly reach out to resellers@zoomprintingusa.com for further details on our resellers program
Are There Any Setup Fees? No, the pricing listed on our website are all-inclusive and do not include any additional fees depending on the provided print-ready artwork.
May I split my order? No, splitting an order is not possible. You cannot use two designs with different names to print two x five hundred business cards if you purchase a thousand. Each amount corresponds to a single design.
Do you accept credit card payments? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal and Email Money Transfers (through all major Canadian banks). Your payment will be processed though an online secure checkout page.
How much do you charge for shipping? There is no cost for shipping (Free!!). Please enter the "shipping" coupon code in the shopping cart (the promo code will not work unless you first register an account).
How soon can I expect my order? Please take note of the different product turnaround time frames. The majority of items are dispatched normally for next-day delivery, however depending on the location, longer delivery periods can be necessary. Please email our shipping department at shipping@zoomprintingusa.com for the delivery window in your location. Delivery might take up to five business days.
Does it take a lot of time to design a business card and place an order for print? No, designing and ordering printing simply takes a few minutes. Additionally, you may create and place an order at any time of day or night.
Do you store any information about me? Some, indeed. To facilitate future orders, we retain your name, email address, and a history of your purchases. Your payment card information is not stored by us.
Do you share any stored information with third parties? No. And we never will. Ever.
