With regard to our postcard printing, we provide solutions for both one and two sides, in bulk numbers ranging from 100 to 100,000, and in a variety of sizes, from 2.5 x 2.5 to 11 x 17.
Choosing The Right Postcard Size
The aim of the postcard, the intended audience, and the particular marketing or communication goals are some of the variables that might affect how effective a postcard is.
Standard 4x6 Postcards: This is the most common postcard size. It is cost-effective, easy to print, and convenient for mailing. Standard-sized postcards are suitable for conveying short and concise messages or promotional offers. These work well for general marketing campaigns and can be effective for mass distribution.
Jumbo 5x7 Postcards or 6x9 Postcards: Jumbo-sized postcards provide more space for content and visuals. They allow for more detailed information, larger images, or eye-catching designs. Jumbo postcards are effective for highlighting product features, showcasing portfolios, or delivering more comprehensive messages. They tend to stand out more but may come at a slightly higher cost for printing and postage.
Oversized/Extra-Large 6x11 Postcards or larger: These postcards offer even more space for creativity and information. With their larger dimensions, they have a higher likelihood of grabbing attention and making a lasting impression. Oversized postcards are effective for showcasing products, creating impactful designs, or conveying detailed messages. However, they can be more expensive to print and mail.
What is the most popular postcard size?
Postcard Thickness
Our postcards are in high quality that is either 14pt or 16pt thickness card stock. These give a nicer and more rigid feeling than other postcards received in the mail, which range between 10pt and 12pt instead.
4 Different Finishes or Coating Options
- AQ (i.e. Aqueous) is the most common finish for postcards. It offers a nice and consistent touch like the gloss finish of the magazine. It's reckoned as a semi-gloss finish and the most prevalent one used in advertising mails.
- UV (i.e. UltraViolet) is a high-gloss finish. It fits printing very colorful graphics and gives a gorgeous appearance of the postcard. However, UV provides a high gloss that not fits for writing with a pen. If the design aims at allowing people to write on one side, we can provide "UV Gloss on Front Only". On the contrary, we provide "UV Gloss on Both Sides" service. It all depends on what you want to archive.
- The third option is a Matte Coating. It is a duller coating that provides a smooth touch like a satin. Its quality is so high that somebody often thinks Matte refers to no coating at all.
- In fact, no coating is simply called 'Uncoated'.
Additionally, you may get waterproof postcards from us. These are helpful when standard paper postcards can be susceptible to water damage since they provide more flexibility and durability for your drawings, messages, or recollections.

Can you help me with my design?
Of course! Whatever you have—pictures, a logo, an outdated design, or nothing at all—we can add the words you desire to it! Upon request, we may also provide images. A proof of your design will be emailed to you for approval or any required changes once we have finished it.

Do I Receive an E-mail Copy of My Order?
Yes. You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail to review it's accuracy: This copy contains your order number. If you do not receive a copy within a few hours, please notify us. We also manually check your order for accuracy and completeness.

Does the turnaround include the shipping time?
No. Turnaround is only for printing time. Shipping times varies between 1-5 business days depends on the final destination. Every order is shipped using standard service. Please ask about Express service, which is available at an additional fee.

We are Resellers. Do you Offer Discounts?

Are There Any Setup Fees?
No, the pricing listed on our website are all-inclusive and do not include any additional fees depending on the provided print-ready artwork.

May I split my order?
No, splitting an order is not possible. You cannot use two designs with different names to print two x five hundred business cards if you purchase a thousand. Each amount corresponds to a single design.

Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal and Email Money Transfers (through all major Canadian banks). Your payment will be processed though an online secure checkout page.

How much do you charge for shipping?
There is no cost for shipping (Free!!). Please enter the "shipping" coupon code in the shopping cart (the promo code will not work unless you first register an account).

How soon can I expect my order?
Please take note of the different product turnaround time frames. The majority of items are dispatched normally for next-day delivery, however depending on the location, longer delivery periods can be necessary. Please email our shipping department at shipping@zoomprintingusa.com for the delivery window in your location. Delivery might take up to five business days.

Does it take a lot of time to design a business card and place an order for print?
No, designing and ordering printing simply takes a few minutes. Additionally, you may create and place an order at any time of day or night.

Do you store any information about me?
Some, indeed. To facilitate future orders, we retain your name, email address, and a history of your purchases. Your payment card information is not stored by us.
