Trade Show Display and Booth Printing
Zoom Printing USA provides full-color trade show display printing for individual booth components, including roll-up banners, backdrops, table covers, flags and pop-up displays.
Choose the display product and size that fit your booth rather than purchasing a fixed package. Products are printed in full color on one side, with quantities starting at one.
Trade Show Display Products
Roll-Up Banners
Roll-up banners can be positioned at booth entrances, beside display tables or along aisle-facing areas. Available options include:
- 33 x 80 roll-up banner with standard base
- 33 x 80 roll-up banner with premium base
- 47 x 80 roll-up banner
- 11 x 17 tabletop roll-up banner

Trade Show Backdrops
Backdrop banners provide a printed background for the rear of a booth, presentation area or photo space.
Available backdrop sizes include:
- 96 x 96 inches
- 120 x 120 inches
A backdrop can carry the main branding while smaller displays present individual products, services or event information.
Printed Table Covers
Four-sided printed table covers are available for:
- Four-foot tables
- Six-foot tables
- Eight-foot tables
A table cover can place business branding across the front and sides of a registration, demonstration or display table.
Feather and Teardrop Flags
Feather and teardrop flags can be used near entrances, walkways, outdoor exhibits and larger event spaces. Available heights include:
- Nine feet
- 11 feet
- 14 feet

Pop-Up Booth Displays
Pop-up displays create a larger printed background for a trade show booth. Available sizes include:
- 90 x 90 inches
- 90 x 148 inches
- 90 x 178 inches
- 118 x 118 inches
- 118 x 178 inches
- 118 x 236 inches
Two display lights may be added to selected configurations.
Choosing Components for Your Booth
A basic booth setup may include:
- A backdrop or pop-up display for the rear wall
- A roll-up banner near the entrance or aisle
- A printed table cover for the main counter
- A tabletop banner for pricing, schedules or product information
- Flags for outdoor exhibits or larger event spaces
For printed materials visitors can take with them, add custom brochures or flyers. Custom posters can also be used for schedules, product information or booth signage.
Printing and Turnaround
Trade show display products are printed in full color on one side. Available quantities generally range from one to 10 or more, depending on the selected product.
Standard printing time is two to four business days. Rush printing in one to two business days may be available for an additional fee.
Accepted artwork format is a print-ready PDF with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

Can you help me with my design?
Of course! Whatever you have—pictures, a logo, an outdated design, or nothing at all—we can add the words you desire to it! Upon request, we may also provide images. A proof of your design will be emailed to you for approval or any required changes once we have finished it.

Do I Receive an E-mail Copy of My Order?
Yes. You will receive a copy of your order by e-mail to review it's accuracy: This copy contains your order number. If you do not receive a copy within a few hours, please notify us. We also manually check your order for accuracy and completeness.

Does the turnaround include the shipping time?
No. Turnaround is only for printing time. Shipping times varies between 1-5 business days depends on the final destination. Every order is shipped using standard service. Please ask about Express service, which is available at an additional fee.

We are Resellers. Do you Offer Discounts?

Are There Any Setup Fees?
No, the pricing listed on our website are all-inclusive and do not include any additional fees depending on the provided print-ready artwork.

May I split my order?
No, splitting an order is not possible. You cannot use two designs with different names to print two x five hundred business cards if you purchase a thousand. Each amount corresponds to a single design.

Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), PayPal and Email Money Transfers (through all major Canadian banks). Your payment will be processed though an online secure checkout page.

How much do you charge for shipping?
There is no cost for shipping (Free!!). Please enter the "shipping" coupon code in the shopping cart (the promo code will not work unless you first register an account).

How soon can I expect my order?
Please take note of the different product turnaround time frames. The majority of items are dispatched normally for next-day delivery, however depending on the location, longer delivery periods can be necessary. Please email our shipping department at shipping@zoomprintingusa.com for the delivery window in your location. Delivery might take up to five business days.

Does it take a lot of time to design a business card and place an order for print?
No, designing and ordering printing simply takes a few minutes. Additionally, you may create and place an order at any time of day or night.

Do you store any information about me?
Some, indeed. To facilitate future orders, we retain your name, email address, and a history of your purchases. Your payment card information is not stored by us.
